Kiribati went down to a very strong PNG side in the opening Touch Footy match of the 2015 Pacific Games, at the Bisini Touch pitch, 24-1.
The PNG Touch Footy Team Coach, Johannes Dame, was very happy with the boys saying it was a very good match and the boys are looking forward to their second match against American Samoa. Kiribati Coach, Kum On Tarawa, said his boys lacked confidence in the first game that resulted in their loss and the team will look at improving their defence in their second game against Solomon Islands.
