Team Kumuls Enoch Maki and Francis Paniu vowed not to let Stanley Gene down and to follow in his footsteps.
The duo has signed one year contracts with England Super League Club, Rovers. PNG Rugby League star and Craig Sandercock’s backroom staff Stanley Gene has recommended the duo. Port Moresby Vipers’ prop Enoch Maki is determined to follow in Gene’s footsteps. Rabaul Gurias’ playermaker Francis Paniu, will be in force to impress the Rover’s coaching staff to extend the deal. The two 24 year -olds will be the fourth and fifth Papua New Guinea players for Rovers, following the footsteps of Stanley Gene, John Okul and Makali Aizue. Comments are closed.
