Contractors Curtain Brothers, China Railway Construction and Engineering, Fletcher Morobe, and Ferrum Engineering singed the agreements with Governor General Sir Michael Ogio.
Over K440 million is split among the contractors to provide building materials for the Aquatic Centre and Games Village.
The buildings are expected to be completed before the end of next year.
